Playtesting the Roth Roryn section file. Came across an apparently broken quest titled Ulves Heladrin's Bathtime - can't see it in the claims browser so think it's considered complete(?). I've attached a screenshot with 'ori' command showing where this quest starts.

SUMMARY OF ISSUE:

You come across two Argonians and a Dunmer. The Argonians explain that they are going to drown the Dunmer. You go through a conversation tree, and ask to speak to the Dunmer, and then for time to speak to those who knew him at the nearby farm.

I had two issues at this point.

1. Speaking to the slave at the nearby farm updated my journal, but when I returned to the Argonians, the option to discuss the quest was locked.

2. I then went to speak to the farm owner in the hope of unlocking the conversation option.

On returning to the two Argonians, I was given the same conversation tree as when I first met them, as if the quest had ‘restarted’.

The quest seemed to soft-lock at this point. I could only complete it by picking the option to walk away or intervene, that was available right at the start. I assume there's meant to be an option to tell the Argonians that you've spoken to the people at the farm.

Not part of the bug report, but if you've time, let me know if there are ways of reporting bugs that makes it easier on your side - I know ori, but am guessing there are other commands.
