So, I just came back to MW after a long absence. Updated to TR 18.09. Many CTD's and unable to even start a new game( freezes up and I had to C+A+D to get out) After much todo I deleted all folders for TR and I want to re-download. TR was working fine before this. Now I need to know which verison(s) I should use now. I will be starting a new game when I solve this issue.

18.09. is the current and correct version, with Tamriel_Data v06.1.
If you have CTDs (with, of course, no further details), you probably didn't download Tamriel_Data or didn't registered your BSAs. Please see here for instructions.

My warnings file had massive amount of entries. When I first downloaded TR I did register the BSAs (they were 3 and 4 in my MW ini.) And in my load order I had Tamriel_Data and TR_Data. I had no problems prior to DLing 18.09. I will follow your link and attempt to re-install TR. I am assuming that Tamriel_Data v06.1 will be included in 18.09. Thank you for your prompt reply. Edit...Yes I do have Morrowind Patch v.1.6.6 already installed. Edit 2...sorry just re-read your post and see that is not what you were talking about.

I'm in the same boat as the OP. am using tamriel_data.esm (says 06.01 in wrye mash), TR_mainland.esm (18.09). TR factions, and TR travels. I've also got the latest of uviriths legacy and rise of house telvani. registered the bsa's which leads me to think i have an outdated version or incorrectly registered them

"Ald Redaynia" has nothing to do with Tamriel Rebuilt. I don't know where this topic comes from.
The Uvirith's Legacy TR update you are using is outdated, causing the book errors. Use the one available here: >>link<<
None of these problems have anything to do with the BSAs.
