Balen Salavel is an shipmaster in Hla Oad TR_Travels changed her destinations to Seyda Neen and Gnaar Mok (Along some preview settlements). When you talk to her she gives you this information and on the map that shows all the new travel destinations she travels to Seyda Neen and Gnaar Mok. But in game she can take you to Seyda Neen and Ebonheart. This becomes extra confusing because from Gnaar Mok you can take a boat to Hla Oad.
