This is the claim used to make edits and fixes to TR_Mainland. Do not make changes arbitarily.
TR_Mainland should not break compatibility unless it is structurally necessary. This means do not change the IDs of anything that was released in a TR_Mainland.esm unless strictly necessary.

Workflow
TR_Mainland is the esm which contains the “finished” parts of Tamriel Rebuilt. Save major restructuring, the landmass contained within is supposed to be fully interiorised, npced, quested, and cleaned.
(see editing guidelines)
Uploaded here is only the esp. Make sure to redate the .esp to 01/01/2012 18:00:00 with WryeMash so that it loads before other plugins that rely on it. Remember to load this when doing edits to the section files.
Development Plan
Quests and dialogue refinement. Veloth's Path could be widened if desired, and its texture changed to the one used west of Alt Orethan.
Gnomey can be asked for details, if an implementation is desired and looking at those areas don't make clear what is required.
Various works of touching up existing content, such as reworking that AI island in Boethiah's Spine, giving the IAS members their faction assignment, and the like, should be kept an eye on.
Additionally, medium-term, the cliffs should be replaced with our newer meshes.

Changed Thul Nadaa to comment on the other questlines that take the player to Khalaan and refuse to teleport the player while on them. Also now surrenders to the player and teleports them regardless of black anthers if killed 10 times.
File includes a placeholder misc item in place of the skeletal hand in See You in Oblivion, and a placeholder Journal for TR_m3_TT_Speaker, for filtering dialogue.
Also added clauses to set T_Glb_GetTeleportingDisabled in TR_m3_q_TheRiftHappening
Edit: noticed a tiny bug in my Tur Julan Guardian - you can snatch the weapon out of his hands as he's dying if you open his inventory quickly enough, before it gets cursed. I'll edit the script to add an OnActivate Return while he's fighting you next time I grab mainland.Fixed, more elegantly than suggested here initially. Also repaired a mistake I made with the Aimrah trapdoor lock, it's now got a level 5 lock on it that unlocks immediately with script - and then re-locks if the appropriate journal stage is set.Dropping. - Removed ghostgate

Added NoLore to the following NPCs:

Repaired broken See You In Oblivion NPCs, scripts, and dialogue. No more fallen latest rumors, little secret, little advice, or Background.
Forgot to mention I also changed the order of the Speaker quest rewards. Uvo's initiation gets you the gauntlets, then when you return Vaden gives you the boots and greaves for services rendered prior. Pauldrons are still between Disembodied and Face Stealer, and upon completing Face Stealer Uvo gives you the cuirass plus helmet - and See You now only gives you the Robe of St. Meris.
