Cell 30,3 has a series of waterfalls and pools but one of the levels doesn't have a water static present.

The square water statics here
The square water statics here were also double scale so I replaced them with quadruple the normal sized ones for consistent scaling with other water statics. It also uses a normal scale water static so that one looked weird next to the rest. In doing that I fixed a few other issues like them not being properly lined up.
