As title says. The following list was created by Mark (original Discord post here: https://discord.com/channels/132891272666021888/338792207827992577/11178...). NPC guard placements were/will be fixed in separate ESPs.

Fixes other issues spotted along the way, shell issues, greenlight, clutter choices etc. Not exhaustively, some interiors could do with proper touch ups down the line.
I have generally assigned ownership in the towers to Great House Hlaalu - Lawman as per vanilla towers. I have fixed where it was assigned to shady smuggler instead, or the wrong rank. This has not been done where its clear the item is owned by a specific NPC.
