Cell is called "Hlaalu Tower Showcase." I wasn't sure if I was supposed to demonstrate proper use of the northmarker, so I just threw down an exterior building with entrance in a random place between Almas Thirr and Roa Dyr (Aanthirin Region 7, -29). If you see an unnamed cell in TESAME that's what it is.
The showcase is a pretty unremarkable House Hlaalu guard tower (building ext. 15) that is perhaps a little bit overcrowded. I was going for a bit of a cramped feel, so there's a lot of furniture tucked into corners and random stuff strewn about (player movement shouldn't be impeded, though).
Note: the contrast on my monitor is quite high so it looks fine for me, but I can tone down the lights if necessary.

Update:
- Removed TR_Mainland.esm from the plugin
- Alleviated all greenlights
- Widened some passages
- Reconfigured layout to be stairs to the bottom floor
- Redid pathgrid (tested, NPCs do not get stuck anymore)

Minor update:
- Removed some extraneous stuff I forgot to delete
- Purged everything that wasn't just the cell (no more exterior building or anything like that)
- Fixed some minor clipping issues
- Moved some items so they are no longer stuck in the floor

Hello there!
This int is quite nicely decorated, however it is much to large to fit to the showcase standards.
As standard, showcases must fit a 3x3x2 shell, such as ex_hlaalu_b_16.
Despite that I can see the cluttering work is good and your layout is well thought out. Should be a quick turnover if you match the quality with an int with a suitable shell.
