Description:
Reading the new bounty notes that were added to the DoD areas (and others?) only add the topic name of the bounty target, despite often being placed far away from the questgiver. This makes it easy to forget about the bounty. I think it would be a good idea if this would also add an entry to the journal if the quest is not started, which may or may not be tied with the associated quest. It is relevant information for the player to memorise after all.
