Description:
Ranosa from Akamora MG is not giving me "Ranosa Orrels' notes" needed for "Interview with a Vampire" quest. I was playing as vampire there so maybe it's related with that?
I was able to finish that quest - everything proceed properly, but notes never arrived in my inventory.

Fix: Yes, one of the vampire
Fix: Yes, one of the vampire specific lines was missing the player->additem command that gives you the notes. I also fixed some stylistic issue (comma splicing etc.).
