Marcius doesn't recognize that you've already found Morio Stulti. This is because the dialogue line where he does recognize it is filtered to TR_m4_IL_Agent >= 50 (which is an unused journal stage). It should be filtered to TR_m4_IL_Agentc >= 10 instead.
