Vanilla never uses "X's Manor" in the name of cells, it's always "X Manor", and always just the surname (if applicable)

TR diverges from that in five instances:

• Ruma Soanix's Manor (OE)
• Merxia Vendicci's Manor (OE)
• Zalan's Manor (Andothren)
• Bal Gernak's Manor (Llothanis)
• Trivra Andoril's Manor (Llothanis)

Those should be "Soanix Manor", "Vendicci Manor", and "Andoril Manor". In the case of Zalan I would still go with "Zalan Manor" - cf. Yngling Manor in Vivec, which uses his first name but still doesn't put a possessive. And I guess "Bal Gernak Manor", not that this one matters too much.
