Description:

Mainland version of https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/bugtracker/hostiles-have-fight-value-90-...

NPCs need Fight 95 to be guaranteed hostile (aside from active player intervention with a calm spell). But a lot of them are set to 90. This potentially renders whole dungeons non-hostile for high-level players whose Personality stat pushes NPC disposition all the way to 100. This means you might enter a stronghold or daedric ruin, everyone is passive but has only generic or no dialogue, and they don't care if you pick up their stuff either. That sucks to play and looks like unfinished content.

I went through every NPC with an TR_mX_O ID in Mainland and if their fight was 90 I bumped it to 95 (in the ext) or 100 (in ints). Of course, doing it this way missed all the hostiles that don't have _O_ in their name, but unless CSSE adds a fight value column finding them does not sound feasible. If someone had a Fight below 90 I left it like that - presumably there was a reason for those.

Fix v3, includes m1 and m2

Revane's picture

Fix v3, includes m1 and m2 too and fixes a bunch of validator errors and some names that were duplicated or used lower-case letters where they shouldn't. Also turned one old m1 Khajiit into a Dagi-rath, as is tradition.
