Description:
If you complete the Thieves' Guild questline and oust the Cammona Tong from Andothren before completing the Certificate of Credibility quest, Vermethys apparently disappears from the Andothren Council Club and the quest cannot be completed.

Fix: Used a different NPC in
Fix: Used a different NPC in the Council Club (Olvam Berelothi) instead of Vermethys. Changed all dialogue and scripts to account for it. Also noticed that the duplicate Vermethys that appears during the attack on the TG has a different face and hair than the original one, so changed those to match.
