1. move https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Tamriel_Rebuilt:Coladia_Nelus'_Stalker from Galan Brandt to Permil Danconis and remove its rank lock. It's a simple escort quest and it's connected to an earlier task, so it makes more sense in the first half of the questline than the second

2. remove the requirement to complete Permil Danconis' quests to start Galan Brandt's quests, and leave only the rank lock. If we're going to implement guildmasters' quests similar to Narsis, they need to be independent from earlier quests and have a Warder rank lock. But Telvannis has the smallest FG branch and Brandt's quests were made back when he was a Champion, so I suggest that his chain consists of 3 existing quests (Protector rank) and the future 4th quest about establishing the Port Telvannis FG (Warder rank) Q8 doesn't make sense with this change, so I guess I'll work around it

3. add some vague hints at the Almalexia FG main conflict in Ando, AT and Akamora questlines. The whole global plot is not defined yet, so they'll be added to the directions when you're out of jobs and be something like "with the trouble in Almalexia, its chapter won't have jobs for you for a while". Their purpose is to make the player understand that Mournhold guild chapters are united under a single leadership and independent from Vvfell, Telvannis and Narsis branches
