Looks like this has already been fixed in mainland and shouldn't be a problem in the next release. Her current dialogue in mainland:
"[She squints at you for a long moment.] Leave the cornerclub and keep heading straight across the canton. Go through the door on your right to the canalworks, then down the stairs. On the far side of the main square in the canalworks, to your right, is a trapdoor to the underworks. He'll be waiting for you down there."
