Proposed Agenda

There are a few potential topics of discussion for next week's meeting, depending in part on who does what homework in the week between: EoE-and-associated quest discussions (such as the Telvanni questline stop-gap), further Almas Thirr planning (who does what when) and Sundered Scar discussion (sorting out any remaining asset claims, exterior claim borders, possibly setting up design claims for them) as potential topics for next week's meeting.

Future Releases

  • A general discussion about issues with lack of communication and interaction between asset work on Discord and asset work on the site. (Progress posted to Discord not making it back to the site, feedback on the forum and Discord running in parallel, etc.)
  • TV NPC claims second pass
  • Possibly more Narsis/Shipal-shin interior claim discussions.
  • The former Hlan Oek Zenithar cult should be discussed more. It is being removed from Hlan Oek likely to Kragenmoor. After discussion with Infragris and Thomas, the Knights of Iron from High Rock might be a bad fit and a (perhaps more Nibenese) Zenithar cult should probably be substituted (no real effect on interiors).
  • A new transitional region between Alt Orethan and the Deshaan Plains.
  • Sorting out which cites have which guild halls
    • Thieves Guild
    • Morag Tong
    • How much do the Temple and Cult need this?
  • Resolving more Imperial Cult issues, perhaps up to a Template Meeting
    • IC shrines start appearing in Thirr Valley and need a better overarching characterisation
    • The faction endgame
  • Same thing for the Psijjic Order.
    • Requires Infragris and a whole lot of lore-aware people.
  • The integration of PI (Padomiac Isles) assets through TR's browser.

Almas Thirr edits

A small note was made at the start of the meeting that edits to Almas Thirr shouldn’t cause issues for the DoD or EoE releases, ie. should be done on a separate plugin or simply wait for those releases to get released.

Interior Design Claims

Most of the meeting was spend hammering out interior design claims which will be set up post-meeting.

New TV section interiors:

  • New grotto in 7,-43, mudcave, medium in size, should be mostly shallow water with little to no underwater sections. Inhabited by swamp trolls
  • New Dunmer ship wreck in 6,-42, Hlaalu Council Company courier ship. Wrecked in the swamp one night when the Alds had their lighthouses put out, to sabotage it on its way to formally invite another minor Redoran house into House Hlaalu.
  • New small farm in 6,-40, ex_hlaalu_b_08, Hamum Root, door rotation 108.9. De_M. Owns 1 slave.
  • New small farm in 6,-39, T_De_SetHla_X_Building_01, Hamum Root, owns 2 guar, door rotation 81.4. De_M. Owns 2 slaves.
  • New small netch ranch in 8,-40, ex_hlaalu_b_22, door rotation 95.1. De_P. Owns 1 slave. This can be the new misc quest location for the farmers harassed by the spider caves since it's closer
  • New cutter wreck in 3,-43. Imperial alcohol cargo ship that got wrecked when the sailors sampled their stash.

TV_06 interiors:

  • TV_06 Ancestral Tomb #1. Small, low level tomb. Minor Redoran family. No shrine activator.
  • TV_06 Farm #1. Middle-class farmer (de_m). Left entrance should lead to a 2x2 storage area, while the top entrance has the 2x3 plus upper level. Tanna farm, owns a guar for field work.   • TV_06 Redoran Ruin. Destroyed guard tower, built on a hill, so underground levels shouldn’t go too far outwards. Could perhaps become a cave at the bottom.
