  • Discussion with webdevelopers on how to implement ESM sections wrt finding files that need merging and making sure none are missed.
  • Possibly floating a migration to git. - dismissed before meeting
  • Further from this, also discussing how this will work for door linking. - found to not be an issue before meeting
  • Possibility of more progress with the RR touch-ups
  • Introduction of some extremely simple scripts to set globals for much easier potential cross province work at basically no effort.
  • Discussion concerning our potential cooperation with Skywind.

Meeting Notes

ESM Sections

With the change to ESM section files, an ideal situation would be a section dependency filter on claims in order to ensure that nothing gets missed on merge. It’s not a hard blocker to the switch to ESM sections, but it would make it a lot easier to use them.

Magamo says it would not be too difficult given it’s similar to structures the site already has. Estimates it will take about 2 months. Will discuss it again then when we can see how far it's gotten.

RR Redo Reignition

Check the RR redo page and evaluation how to organise what needs to be in Cicero’s absence. May be just a simple task of fixing rock spam hills etc. We have a claim map already and we have a detailed outline of what the plan was here https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/forum/roryns-bluff-overhaul . Look into opening int claims to redo the all-rocker caves.
Phenoix agreed to lead the redo restart.

Cross-project Globals

Agreed to coordinate a global system to allow more cross province interactivity. Possibly putting the globals directly into T_Data to ensure maximum compatibility across the provinces. Would need coordination between PI,TR and PT. Looks like we have that though.
Exovian has made dummy scripts for us to use already, and will be handling the integration.

Cross promotion with Skywind

Discussed further the plan for skywind cross promotion. Phenoix and Taniquetil remain opposed. Plan will go ahead with respect to the discussion in internal.
