This is an asset request for three artifacts of House Hlaalu that will be found in the vaults of the Hlaalu Grand Manor (names are TBD and needs concept art as well)
Kovan Davethi at the Andothren docks approaches you with a small job: deliver a package to Nolus Atrius, and tell him that it's from a friend in Balmora. Kovan will seemingly admit quite openly that it's a bribe for the magistrate, and that he just wants to use you as a go-between so he doesn't have to go to the manor district himself. He will give you a very small payment up-front, and say that you will get more after you've done the delivery.
Now that we have released Dominions of Dust, we seemed to have placed the old book "House Hlaalu Stronghold Plans" from 2005 in the Savrethi Distillery. This is a problematic book for many reasons. I have taken the liberty or rewriting (and re-titling) it, and have provided an esp below (hopefully this is done correctly; I've never submitted an asset before). I even suggest we push this to one of the hotfixes; the book as it stands is rather embarrassing for our mod.
Asset Request: Merged Hlaalu pieces to ease ref count
Title, a request for a set of quick and dirty merged versions of a few common prefabs for Hlaalu rooms that are double height, to reduce the ref count and improve performance.
A double height floor+ceiling combo with 2x2 and 3x3 versions
Double height pillar
Double length railings
.esp included is configurations with the assets we have now to be merged.
