Manor for a sellout Argonian from Stormhold, made rich from cooperation with the HCC, and representing a sort of pseudo-diplomatic relationship between the HCC's interests in Stormhold and Narsis.
Should have some argonian decorations along with imperialized decor. Argonian clutter is needed pre- or post-merge
This place has no involvement with the Twin Lamps or abolitionism.
Giga tower 4 of the Narsis Watch. Split into two cells, the split happens in the first seam of the exterior shell. The Lower Tower includes a mess hall on the top, an armory in the middle, and storage in the (small) basement, which also connects to the Council Quarter Sewers. The Upper Tower includes the guard barracks, a few “empty floors” (floors with an open middle tile looking down on the floor below) for archers to stand guard, and a small armory with bows and arrows at the top.
