The Herne's Soul should be placed in Gindaman's Quarters, such that the player is forced to break past his magical defenses.

The following is a proposal for a questline given by Mistress Rathra as part of an effort to create an impression of completness in the currently extant Telvannis region. This questline plays into the rivalry between Mithras and Rathra implied by Mithras' questline, as well as resolving the plot thread of Eldale and Bal Gernak's rivalry and providing the player a choice of who to serve in the mainland council.
This is a proposed low-priority claim to review and refit Beave's finished Master Vaerin and Llevari Telsaran questline in order to provide more content in Telvannis.

The Telvanni ruler of Tel Rivus/Andvaryon, Nira Uldram, is an avid necromancer. She's recently learned that there is a rare copy of the proscribed tome Mysteries of the Worm in the vaults beneath Tel Thenim in Port Telvannis. Adari is willing to pay a Telvanni player to recover the book.
The abandoned former home of an extremely reclusive magelord of House Telvanni. The owner has been deceased (natural causes) for several decades, but Olanar is remote and the tower is still full of traps and summoned daedra, so Tel Inan's treasures remain.
Tower should be at least two cells - the main tower and an underground vault, which connects to Shaav Grotto. There are intentionally no doors at ground level. The place should be well-furnished, but not lavish, and with some signs of decay.
My attempt at making a better portal for connecting the Sadrith Mora Telvanni Council House to the Port Telvannis Parliament of Bugs. Comes in two flavors - one simple vortex, and one three-layered transparent vortex that unfortunately doesn't render in OpenMW (yet?).
