Instead of handling all quests in "duties" topic, each quest should have its own topic like in vanilla quests.

Added unique topics for each
Added unique topics for each quest and edited some journal entries to mention them. Also, changed "travelling" to "traveling" in one journal entry and deleted a generic frost troll near the quest-related troll, because there's supposed to be only one.
