Two exterior staircases in Andothren are inaccessible for the player to go up them. The meshes just need adjustment ingame to allow the player to freely walk up.
Those link to the same screenshot, but I noticed a couple of more. Please check all stairs in the topmost level of the town, in particular in cell (-1, -17). This should be resolved by adding an invisible wall, as is done for a few staircases.
