Description:
Slave TR_m1_S_Mee_Sei is involved in quest TR_m1_TO_RunningIntoTrouble. Currently, you can initiate her escort mission, but she lacks a script to finish it. She wants to be brought to the Argonian Mission in Firewatch, which I don't think still exists.
I have deleted the NPC for the time being, but this quest doesn't sound bad and we should see about fixing it (and coming up with a new destination for our friend here, maybe the Firewatch IC?)

To bypass this, you can enter 'PlaceAtPC "TR_m1_S_Mee_Sei" 1 20 1' into the console to spawn Mee-Sei, and complete the quest."
The quest is still available, but with no slaves to locate and no Argonian mission to find, the only option is to use console commands to complete this quest.
