Nedic sword for SHotN's The Ransacking of Ruvheide Barrow quest - should be UNI item for the quest, but whether there would be separate version that could be used as rare loot in nedic dungeons is up to the lorebeards to decide.

Replacements for all the PC dialogue scripts to account for the project plan overhaul begun with Abecean Shores.
New scripts use the PC_Map variable (rather than PC_County) and describe only Colovian areas. Nibenese scripts, both for Nibenay itself and for Colovia, have been deprecated (except for Anvil Nibenay scripts, which will be removed after NPCs using them have been deleted). Added Vamp scripts to each as well as the standard and NoLore, and removed PC_ prefix from Control and ControlQ variables.
Newspaper for the kingdoms of Anvil and Sutch (and widely read further abroad), based on the same framework as The Ebonheart Bellman.
The Monitor is a prestigious and well-regarded newspaper run out of Anvil's Marina neighborhood. It is owned and operated by a Cyrodiil-born Altmer named Vallisara, who also serves as the paper's editor-in-chief.
The velothi tower T_De_SetVeloth_X_Tower_04 (tr_ex_v_tower_04.nif) has no corresponding interior model for the dome. The top two floors need dedicated interior meshes (dome and level below with the ramp up) while the ground floor doesn’t and should be made from the regular set pieces for versatility.
This is needed for the Ja-Natta Syndicate tower in GF.
