Othrano is a stronghold thats being used as the base for an increasingly bold/belligerent group of smugglers, primarilly dealing in goods proscribed by the armistice such as looted dwarven artifacts and stolen ebony.

The keeps above ground portion should be where the smugglers are housing smuggler fair such as skooma and moonsugar and also a few rooms repurposed into cells for slaves and hostages.

Dried up river source, cave should go upwards towards the dried up source of the stream. Inhabited by nix hounds or kagouti, claimants discretion.
