A Hlaalu fountain for use in the Narsis Council Quarter courtyard.
Attached is Athcliath97's concept (1) Chef's initial cobble (2) and Galrom's old work (3). Will need to be more detailed and rich than the current model.
Generic Hlaalu clerical documents, based on the existing generic Indoril documents. Useful for the Hlaalu Grand Council Hall and other House Hlaalu locations.
Update 20-10: Added another document and small chests with Hlaalu Company Scrip in them.
