Removes the unneeded collisions of over 153 misc items (mics items don't use collisions...).
Some of the models in the tr/m/ folder are used as statics, such as the rubble pieces. This need a 'no collision' property at some point in the future (remind me).
Soap bars, stone plates, silver plates and game-tiles have all been atlased.
Stone plates have also been smoothed slightly along the perimeter.
Tiles have been merged into a single NiTriShape and given a bottom (because they're useful with Perfect Placement loaded)
