FacRep changes for the Cyrodiil FG for AS release. In the Anvil FG, it requires 20 reputation = 4 successful quests (max amount where you cannot fail) to reach the rank of R4 Protector and unlock high-level quests. Max rank that you can reach in AS release is R5 Defender.
Also changed the order of the faction's attributes to match the vanilla FG.
Balfiera Pearlwine - a strong, popular white wine produced by the Direnni-ruled Bretons of the Dellese Isles
Marivon Heartwine - an earthy red wine produced at the Western Reach vineyard-statelet of Marivon
Esp also includes leveled lists for both of these, as well as a new HR Wines list that also includes the existing Wayrest Spiced Wine and vintage Reach wine. Also added both of the new ones to the existing HR Drinks list.
Marivon insignia was created by MammaHyena, and Lucevar set up UVs.
This is a bundle of High Rock and Breton-related literature from vanilla and TD, re-ID'd for HR427 with the HR book covers. Besides the faction charters listed below and a small number of capitalization/formatting fixes, there are no changes made to book texts - this only needs an asset review (not a lit review).
Dels Tilvur's legs hurt. He's the secretary to the steward of Narsis, and he has a relatively insignificant memorandum he needs delivered to his boss, Alvynu Llervas, down in the Petitioner's Hall. He knows that if he takes it down, there's no way he's getting back to his desk today, and he also knows that if he gives the job to his assistant, Aerelia Decius, she'll take the opportunity to slack off. In comes the heroic player to save the day. Dels says his boss will pay on delivery for the memo.
