Prosperous Fighters Guildhall. Used to be the Israg Tong headquarters, but got absorbed by the FG.
Most of the interior should be in the basement to increase usable space. 
The guild steward is a smith, so feature a forge prominently. The steward and their second-in-command (former IT leader) have their own rooms. Make sure the deputy’s room is open enough to allow for a fight. Include accommodations and a training area, with plenty of light armor and ranged weapons.

Local Hall of the guild of Furnishers and Caravaners, primarily focused on the furnisher (carpenter) aspect. Have the ground floor and basement be work areas where various Dunmer furniture is being worked on. Include plenty of tools and scrap to imply extra work.
Upstairs should have an office area for taking orders/handling some caravan needs.
Furniture: De_p/de_ex for work area, de_m for the upstairs office. And a mix of P, M & R furniture in the work area/storage.

Regional Hall of Cat Catchers. In the basement include holding cells for escaped slaves and a small armory. Above ground, include an office and a place for cat catchers to hang out.
