This is a heavily modified version of "Bal Oyra, Jana Livia: Trader" adjusted for a new shell. The upper level is to be redone and the basement from "Helnim, Laeril's House" added in place of the connection to the deprecated Census and Excise Office. (Laeril's basement would overlap with the Helnim IAS basement, thus its relocation.) Care must be taken to ensure compatibility with Firewatch Fighters Guild quest "Helping Jana Livia" - i.e. the layout of the staircases and main level can't change.
Dillonn mentioned he wanted to make an NPC swing at a training dummy. I myself could use a 'target' for the player to hit for unspecified plans, as well. This file contains a simple 'creature' that amounts to an editor marker box and base animation files, and I played a trick on the bounding box to move the point where blood spatters spawn out of the way. I'll still look into simplifying the 'animations' a little to further reduce filesize & complexity.
Part of Helnim/Firewatch overhaul. Helnim's smallish Guild of Mages. Just a tower with a basement, nothing too rich or fancy. The guildmaster is an alchemist.
Icon and updated card texture set for including a Morag Tong ceramic playing card. Needs to be applied to a playing card .nif. Would probably necessitate UV alterations on existing Ceramic Playing Cards assets as the MT card occupies space that used to be used for the sides of the cards.
This is a selection of Kwama Assets added by OAAB that can be implemented as simple addons to exiting mines to improve their aesthetics without significant changes. Part 2 will be the more divisive picks that will require more work to make it into data.
