This claim is mostly Velothi Mountains, but has a section of the VM to Shipal-Shin region transition in the south. Should contain a large Dwemer ruin, and have other signs of their presence in the area, such as the little ruins and big broken bridges. Random bandit camps, caves and Velothi tombs should be scattered throughout the claim.
This is the interior claim of a cutter ship that will be enabled for one of the OE Stendarr Tower Haunting quest endings, where the player convinces the local authorities to patrol the Thirr delta to confiscate any ash statues being smuggled through there.
