Mine inside a little encampment. Moldcave set. This is a low-yield silver mine under the control of a powerful company of bandits, possibly ex-Redoran. Actual silver ore in this mine should be rather rare, as it's not conventionally profitable.

The inhabitants are smuggling Morrowind's drugs of choice, moon sugar and skooma, but are also somewhat on board with the Twin Lamps. A few freed slaves should have a resting place in a secluded part of the cave, waiting for expatriation. Discarded slave bracers could be placed near this hideout.
Ruined Redoran tower. Inhabited by rats and spider webs. Keeps getting used as dump for broken equipment. Interior should share the tilt of the exterior. A new un-tilted ground can be made with dirt or grass meshes.
