Re-uploading the Voice lines Ragox added to Mainland and I unfortunately had to remove. Ragox, thank you for your efforts, unfortunately it didn't quite pan out the way it should have.
RM rocks switched to leyawin's grey vcol edit. Includes rocks 1-5, rock groups 1-4, and cave entrance 1. Edited to fix some excessive vertex shading on rock group 1, included the same change for RR.
Currently needs two groups of poor fishers in the Windbreaker Keep in the north of the Island. Both groups consist of two people each who live in different towers of the ruined fort. The pair in the large tower could perhaps be a married couple. Also needs some editing to an already existing farmer to the south.

The following non-exhaustive list of locations lack dialogue for Scouts and/or Savants. This is vital dialogue that serves not just to offer some exposition and context, but most importantly, to help the player navigate the world by ShowMap-ing the locations to the player's world map. Admittedly some of these locations might be too irrelevant for generic dialogue, but some definitely are not.
