This is not quite correct, as Areanne Vara is in Helnim.
This dialog option has no location assigned to it, so NoLore mages everywhere could point to Arenne Vara, if they have no other overriding dialog options.
As title says. If you talk to him about the "pack for alits" topic after you complete the quest, he doesn't have a response for quest index >=100 and default to dialogue he gives you at the start of the quest.
Current signs that use vanilla roadsigns model look moddy. They should be replaced with plaques similar to Navy ships and places such as Goldstone in PC.
