Leveled critters in low-level places

I remember there was supposed to be a difficulty gradient from the north to the southwest in the DoD regions. If this is still the plan (and I'm very much for it), then leveled lists like T_Mw_RLvl_RothRoryn+2 (with kagoutis and feral guars) should not be used in Teyn (-4, -14) or near Andothren (-1, -17), but rather a fair bit further south (or in places sufficiently hidden that they won't aggro the passing player, but I think those only exist further south). For Teyn, I consider this a definite bug (the one near Andothren can at least be avoided).

Hinammu Eraishah's odd grammar

When Hinammu Eraishah spots the player as a vampire, before attacking, he will menacingly tell the player he will avenge them:

"Vampire! I will avenge you for what your kind has done to me!"

I know he's an Ashlander, but I doubt the bad grammar was intentional here. It should be more like:

"Vampire! I will get my revenge for what your kind has done to me!"

Typo in "Guuljkha" topic dialogue

"One of the mages at Tel Gilan, Saruse Evenas, wants us to destroy the daedra. Not sure why, but there's never a bad reason. You should be able to find it in a cavern named Galseah, which I'm told are just northeast of the Telvanni village of Marog, along the coast, and south of the Helnim Lighthouse. Destroy it, then talk to Saruse at his house for your payment."

"...which I'm told are just northeast of the..." should be "...which I'm told is just northeast of the..."

Helnim FG: Rethyn Verelnim quest relies on an NPC ending combat at low health

The script for Rethyn Verelnim has him end combat and force greet the player at less than 20 health, but because he has little to no armor and the threshold is so low most mid-level characters will just end up killing him without even knowing that was supposed to happen. This makes the "intended" quest solution obtuse and feels weird that it counts as a failure from the questgiver.

The stronghold Mandaran is poorly balanced

This is the location of a Firewatch Fighter's Guild quest which is protector rank locked (TR_m1_FG_Mandaran). Most of the hostile NPCs within are level 1-5 with little if any gear. The actual target of the quest is level 14, but using auto-calculated stats so he's a pushover too. Weirdly the target of the quest also has dreugh armor and the savior's hide pauldrons, despite how unthreatening the stronghold is.

Yenidan is an empty cave

The cave of "Yenidan", north of Helnim is empty except for a single hostile orc and some bloatspore. The orc "TR_m2_O_Garstal gro-Azg" doesn't appear to be related to any quests (a text search returned nothing).

The cave itself is mentioned in one line of dialogue for the topic "Assurbalhet" where it's used in directions to elsewhere.
