if I attack or steal from any one on the boat outside manrizache, they neither report the crime, defend their companions, or attack you for stealing everything
Mages Guild: Delivery for Dagmund has a bug - delivery part can be accidentally skipped.
The topic the player needs to choose to complete the delivery is not obvious. Completing the delivery is hidden in "Icebreaker Keep" topic - this is totally counter intuitive, sounds more like a generic topic.
At this point, the player can pick the topic "gone missing" (can be unlocked in for example vanilla Moroni Uvelas quest). Then, the player gets a journal entry, which causes the delivery to be skipped, since the delivery and the missing apprentice are part of the same quest.
