Leranen Othril's shop in Necrom still has a unique chest of enchanted items and 3 unique enchanted amulets despite not being an enchanter nor selling enchanting equipment. I'm assuming they're leftovers of a previous iteration of Leranen's shop.
Ralis Andolith in the Charnelworks Mortuary in Necrom says she "can sell you some Temple goods or spells if you require them" if you are a member of the Tribunal Temple, but doesn't actually provide any services at all.
