Balyn Ilvenes in Indal-ruhn still has a 'Services' line that implies he offers boat travel, even though he's now just a dockworker and provides no services: "Rolis Hlor over at the west end of town has a nice selection of everyday wares. For anything more specific, you'd want to go to Almas Thirr. Want a ride?"
As the title says. Basically, when I grab Anarchy, Drekhva doesn't spawn anywhere. I've tried a multitude of ways to get him to spawn, attempting to start the scripts via console and also using the same to spawn his character, but still didn't work. No idea what the actual issue is. I've linked a file in external references.
There are two NPCs in Hlan Oek (both in 2, -32) who are called Lledora Rionith, one with matching ID (TR_m7_Lledora Rionith) and one not (TR_m7_Hemus Saddarnuran).
Inerisa Tharys' line for 'Background' topic is "I'm %Name, I sell various goods to the people of Tel Ouada." even though she's a commoner and provides no services.
She also has a pretty redundant 'my trade' line, though that's just old TR quirks, I guess.
