A significant number of changes have been made to banking related dialogue topics in Tamriel_Data by the latest TR_Mainland. These changes seem well-intentioned and they appear to work just fine, but if changes need to be made to the banking system, this should be done in Tamriel_Data, not TR_Mainland.
We need to investigate what was changed, what needs to be done to Tamriel_Data, and what needs to be cleaned out of TR_Mainland.
UPDATE: Confirmed by Atrayonis to be an OpenMW physics conflict with slaves colliding on slave market cage geometry, should be fixed in OpenMW nightly. (March 27, 2021) Hemaris and Minerman60101 note that the lag spike may also be caused by the slave market itself, as disabling the holding doors, cell doors, and ex_t_root_04 reduced lag significantly due to collision calculations.
The molecrab under the table in cell Aalmu Ouradas' Shack plays its death animation the first time you enter the cell. Its refID ends in "molecrab_dead" so I assume it was supposed to be dead already before you got there.
I should specify that I saw this in OpenMW 0.46.0, in case this bug is due to an engine limitation. But I played through the Bloodmoon MQ (with TOTSP installed) on this same build and didn't hear any dying horker sound effects during that part of the questline, so I bet there is a way to fix this.
After giving Staron a Divine Intervention scroll, if you lie to Galsu Merith (the ordinator outside Tel Mothrivra) that he has escaped, the quest "Gone to Ground" gets removed from your journal. But then, if you speak to her about "Staron" again, she will tell you to give him a scroll of Almsivi Intervention instead, and your journal will be updated with a new quest stage. (The quest doesn't get added back to your journal, since you already completed it.) It doesn't matter if you've already spoken to Staron at Cephalod Keep to recieve your 200 Gold reward.
Tel Ouada's Telvanni councillor Mistress Rathra comments to the PC when asked about 'Telvanni Hortator' (Disposition level 60/100): "No. Your pretexts matter little to me. You mean to further encroach on our House in the interests of the Empire, and this will not pass. If you do not put an end to your scheming, I will kill you.
PC's journal entry updates to: "I asked Mistress Rathra if she would vote for me as Hortator of House Telvanni. She accepted."
Minor spoilers ahead. This is the quest where Drithnil Virith sends the player to ask Nisirel why she has been "snooping" around his shop. Nisirel has fallen in love with Drithnil. If the player confronts Nisirel directly, she gets upset and asks the player to leave. But if the player checks Nisirel's diary upstairs, they can report the truth to Drithnil for a good resolution.
The bottom edge of a rock mesh on the hill east of OE pokes out into space. It's visible from areas reachable on foot. I looked around the rest of the hill and I think this is the only rock placement problem.

So I was wandering around and encountered a blighted Alit. I don't have the exact coordinates but I know it's somewhere between Dun Akafell and Akamora. I have enclosed a picture of the world map to help narrow it down some. As for the surroundings there is a cabin nearby and a lot of waterfalls.
