Added to asset browser.

I was trying to make some “rock” like meshes. to give a flat terrain some variation.

the texture needs some work tough and this pic isnt that great also

That's a really nice idea, they look great Asylum.

I couln't really imagine how we could make the salt flats look interesting but with these models there are many posibilities to design the landscapes. Kinda like with the ice parts in Solstheim.

They could be used as land overhangs over the sudden crevaces in the landscape that was mentioned in one of the concepts.

With your standards so high
And your spirits so low

Wow! I really, really like these. That’s almost exactly what I was envisioning as part of the landscape, and exactly on the scale I was thinking of.

Does: concepts, textures, youtube vids, admin stuff e.g. PR, handbook, assets, small website things. Activity level: wildly unpredictable. Still active. Find me on Discord.

That model is great. As far as the pool is concerned, we’ll probably go for more of a yellowish colour, though we still haven’t quite settled on what palette we’ll be using. I also think the pool could perhaps be less opaque. Beyond the palette, I think the main thing that’s missing is variety; some exposed rock, some grass, some flora. As far as what you have is concerned, I think it’s fine.

I will try to get some small packs together with rocks grass etc. And some different textures to get a feel in which direction we will go on the colour scheme.

That would be fantastic. In case you missed any of it, most of the discussion about the look of the region can be found in the Deshaan region thread and more succinctly in the summary of our Discord meeting on the Deshaan Plains. A few images (note that the saturation may be higher than intended on some of them):

If you still have your WIP files I’d appreciate it if you were to upload them.

Sorry to double post, but I have to bump this again. Asylum, if you wander by, please upload your WIP files so we can drop this in the asset browser.
