(Not to be confused with Rats.)
Repost fom the old forums. This is a bit of a play on the Balmora Fighter's Guild quest so should have a few fun references for the player, but the NPCs wouldn't know anything about the connection.
Summary:
An old, somewhat crazy NPC has been complaining about a rat infestation in their cellar, but can't get anyone's help in clearing it out because no one believes them. The infestation turns out to be an infestation of some nasty monster instead.
Reward:
The player gets some gold and a pillow. The pillow is mandatory.

I found the Create Asset button, so I’m going to see what can be done to put this into a claim file and submitting it. Consider it a test of the system, if nothing else
May take upwards of two weeks for me to get it in there.

Keep in mind that the asset ‘claims’ (not really claims) are intended for quest design (among other things), but not quest implementation. All CS work should be done through the standard claims system. The asset claims system is also a work in progress, but I have no problem with you testing it out; quite the opposite.
Just in case I hadn’t replied to this on the old forum, I’m frankly not a fan of this quest idea, as my feelings towards the whole rat infestation quests are like those to a meme that has run its course. At least new naked Nord quests have a precedent for existing.

Alright. I sent in my old showcase quest (in mod form) as a test instead. I think Old Ebonheart could use at least 2 more miscellaneous quests to feel more rounded out as a city however. So hmm.
