Merged the chimney and improved some UVs of tr_ex_red_building_01 + better collision

Reduced size of tr_ex_red_building_03 (.9) + switched red to white marble to make it more distinct from tr_ex_red_building_01 + minor edits + better collision
Improved chimney to tr_ex_red_hut_02 + much better "tail" + small edits + better collision
OAAB's expansion of the vanilla ship interior pieces.
Much more verstile than the ones we have now, but still vanilla friendly. (Of special interest is the shell which has both the upper and lower decks in the same cell which will be useful for making ships quicker and easier to navigate besides.)
Models based off a modfied version of normal dunemer triolith shrines that are designed for use in alcoves, house shrines or caves, IE area's where the large round altars currently in data are unusable. Currently needed for Kragenmoor.
Request for 2 additional de_p wall shelves, to go along with "furn_de_p_shelf_02" and "T_De_FurnP_HlaSewerAlcShelf01"
"T_De_FurnP_Shelf_01" Should be basically the same as the vanilla de_p shelf, but with the fixtures which attach the shelf to the wall elongated backwards, this should look very similar to how De-R and De_M wall shelves do this. This would be so these bits can sink further back into the wall, as currently De_P shelves do not play nice with the slanted walls of the Velothi interior set, and having versions which can be more easily attached would be a big help.
Cephalopod creature in Tamriel Data is infamously frustrating to fight due to some misalignment in its hit box - you need to aim at some spot above the creature to land a hit.
