Spell to be replaced by MWSE and a marker that should be placed at suitable locations that won't have divine intervention markers for those who are not using MWSE. The coordinates of cells with divine intervention markers that are to be replaced with our own should be sent to me or someone else working on the LUA addon.

Claim for large ice sheet tiles to fill out cells around the Sea of Ghosts islands in the ColdZone (the blizzard-heavy Sea of Ghosts North Region)
Ideally these should be large enough to easily fill out cells, so maybe 1/4 of a cell square each?. It would also be nice to have some more varieties of flat snowpiles and ice edges/holes, since we have very few of both.
The conceptual ideas followed should be floral patterns, art nouveau and similar themes, mixed with some more casual shapes/patterns to bring aesthetics balance between interesting and mundane.
