TR_m4_Tattara in Andothren docks no longer has T_Local_NoLore variable. TR_m4_Tattara2 in Bthuangthuv now uses a different script with T_Local_NoLore present.

Since the vanilla com set uses cool colors which suit the north and east of Tamriel, a warm color set is better suited for imperial colonial locations in the warmer-colored provinces of Hammerfell, Summerset, Elsweyr, etc. This set should be based on the white buildings from TESA: Redguard and EJRS'/mothpot's partially-completed set in TES3A.
This was caused by lines deliberately introduced in TR. It's not vanilla behaviour (vanilla HH does not block high-ranking players from quests), and it is not consistent with TR either.
