The following non-exhaustive list of locations lack dialogue for Scouts and/or Savants. This is vital dialogue that serves not just to offer some exposition and context, but most importantly, to help the player navigate the world by ShowMap-ing the locations to the player's world map. Admittedly some of these locations might be too irrelevant for generic dialogue, but some definitely are not.
Need an asset made for this. Anvil when hit with Hammer of Gharen can teleport the player to different dwemer ruins and different parts of kemel-ze. The top layer is like a xylophone. Each note is a different travel route through tonal magic.
These are the East Empire Company colony buildings of Raven Rock from Bloodmoon with the icecicles removed and textures re-assigned.
They really need a proper roof texture. I used the vanilla thatch as a placeholder which works but is terrible. I won't make a texture unless this gets used, otherwise can rot in the asset browser as-is :-P Also if a completely diferent stone texture is used, can remove the extruding brick pieces as they only fit with the original texture, but modifying the texture could work also.
