FacRep rewards in Ando FG, Akamora FG, OE TG and Telvanni Mouths' quests were increased to +5 or +10 (for exact values, see https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sN9tRJEYycgJNtPaRBtEHHIG7ri3vEni...). Some quests still have +2 or +3 rewards for partial completion, I just increased them if they were too low.
Fixed IL members giving you the generic town response instead of the vanilla "you're in the legion" response when asked about Imperial Legion by an IL player.
Adjusted the "Forts" dialogue to account for the newly planned Fort Loopmoth near Andrethis that made the original dialogue inaccurate.
Added Imperial Legion topic for m4 and m7 so they don't tell you about the forts on Vvardenfell.
Changed "Ebon Tower" to "the Ebon Tower" in m3 entry
Changed the global TR Savant line for Ebonheart to mention Old Ebonheart, and removed mention of the EEC, since that's no longer a particularly relevant location for them compared to other offices.
Duplicated that line so it's also available for Savant Service.
"Imperial legion"->"Imperial Legion" and "It's is"->"It's" in the two existing Old Ebonheart lines.
Replaces all Bloodmoon silver weapons with the vanilla silver variants. Except in the case of one Map 7 NPC, who was supposed to have a strong staff. I gave her a glass staff instead. I also replaced three Tribunal goblin weapons with T_Data goblin weapons.
