Moves the current dialogue lines from the "Kartur" topic to "Veranis" topic (and changes them according to the state of the planning), deletes the Kartur topic and changes the single remaining ingame mention of Kartur in one letter to Veranis.
Replaces every occurence of T_Sky goblin leveled lists with T_Mw goblin leveled lists. Also replaces the remaining two Tribunal goblins still hiding on mainland with T_Data variants.
Replaces hopefully every occurence of the word "molecrab" wth "mole crab" from dialogue and object names. Unfortunately this misspelling has been so pervasive, it has also appeared in a name of an interior, which I had to rename as well.
Fixed the issue reported here in the Andresian Dreugh shipwreck north of Almas Thirr. Also, made a clutter path accross all interiors of the ship. As well as fixed some issues with the exterior: moved the small clutter inside, added some riverfloor details, like kelp, eyestars, barnacles, and kollops, sandpiles, underwater light. Adjusted vertex shading to account new statics placement.
Set ownership to items in the Saber of the Straits that were missing them.
Found two containers hidden within the new Saber of the Straits model and moved them to be accessible.
Set ownership on items in the exterior all over FW, including for the Smith vendor at the palace who didn't own the equipment crates and couldn't sell the stuff, and on locked doors I found.
Found a hidden lantern and hook inside Melia Aurivia's house. Since the house next door has a lantern anyway and this is a private residence, I've deleted them
Nalvyna Balen's initial lines for forged license had identical directions to Tareni Deroth twice. Those lines also implied that she's sending you to Tareni, when actually you're supposed to get the license from the Rivenwake and THEN bring that to her.
So I've rewritten both lines, including a few minor changes ("somewhere in the chain"->"somewhere along the chain" and more natural sounding directions to the ship).
