Currently we only have three generic male heads with embedded Seyda Neen glass (first image) That means they would repeat very quickly, and it would be too noticeable that so many senior Hlaalu members all look exactly the same. There's also none that fit older men, for example. For that reason, the male heads have been used only very sparingly, creating a discrepancy with how many female heads there are, and making the practice less wide-spread than intended.
The deterministic/fixed death animations 1-5 are missing from latest TD (originally from https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/asset/death-animations). These are needed to place dead NPCs in specific positions. I'm sorry if creating a new asset claim page isn't the best way to go about this. The files are attached with the appropriate folder struture I think.
Yokudans are cousins of the Redguards, inhabitants of the scattered island remnants of the destroyed Yokudan supercontinent. They are shorter and skinnier than Redguards, with darker skin. Yokudans have varied hair colors, eye colors, tattoos, and hairstyles as a result of centuries of cultural scattering across the swathe of the ruined Eltheric Ocean.
Able sailors, traders, and warriors, Yokudans are found commonly in the isles of the Abecean, the shores of Hammerfell, and occasionally as far east as the ports of Anvil and Tulune.
Claim for the Riverfolk NPC race. These semi-nomadic peoples inhabit the borderlands of High Rock and Hammerfell, often in tribe camps but equally often in the various Redguard and Boullard Breton settlements on the riverbanks of the Bjoulsae Basin. It is said that the Riverfolk are descended from the Nedic inhabitants of pre-Ra Gada Hammerfell, but this is speculative and uncertain.
Alfiq-Raht Khajiit are bipedal, unlike the Alfiq, but otherwise are still quite small. They should take visual inspiration from small wild cats like Andean mountain cats and sand cats. Alfiq-Raht Khajiit should be digitigrade - they cannot wear shoes. They should have tails, and stand about as half as tall as a Bosmer man.
Some inspiration photos of Andean mountain cats and sand cats for Alfiq-Raht are included below, as well as a cartoon style image of how they might look wearing clothes.
Tojay Khajiit should take visual inspiration from Manul (Pallas') cats, with thick fur and wide faces. Manul Khajiit should be plantigrade, and able to wear shoes. They should have tails, and stand about as tall as a Bosmer.
Some inspiration photos of Manul cats for Tojay are included below.
