The Voice To Calm Me Down

A small Indoril village worries about their healer, Nelyn Fethis, who after a certain incident went crazy and since then furiosly attacks everything with a dreugh/adamantium club that crosses his line of sight (the npc would have zero luck and zero skill in blunt weapon, so you could stand there indefinitly, minding your own business, while he tries to stab you. Also it would be required that he does not speak, because he’s mute, meaning some scriptingwork is required).

Wicked Water Woes

Quest idea based on the Ashlander camp on the border between that House Hlaalu plantation in Roth Roryn and the dried up river leading towards the Armun Ashlands, far to the south of Andothren. (Sorry, not sure how to access coordinates to give a more exact location.)

Premise: Hlaalu and Ashlanders are clashing over a shared river that they both use for water. Each blame the other for causing it to dry up.

Slave Rising

Not to be confused with a slave UPrising. This is based on the idea that in history, some slaves could work their way out of bondage. It makes sense to transfer this to Morrowind slaves, as we have an example of that in Divyath Fyr’s Argonian slave. (And this also gives Slave 5’s request in the Escaped Slaves quest some weight, having there be a precedent.)

Escaped Slaves

The Nomarch has a new slave. New slave, being new, is doing all sorts of rebellious things and was called to task for it. The Nomarch’s son attempted to discipline this slave, but it turned into a scuffle, where the son was thrown down some stairs, beaten, and nearly killed. In the excitement, the slave fled, taking several others with him or her. (Possibly the Nomarch’s son should be an Overseer instead? To not be mistaken for the other Nomarch’s son we’ve dealt with.)

A Raw Bargain

Premise: The PC is sent to negotiate the sale of some Argonian slaves.

Details: A Dres clan is trying to replenish their slave workforce after a recent drought killed off many of their Argonians. (Or rather, the Dres severely rationing the water supply did.) The player is sent off to make contact with a bunch of rogue Argonians, who have agreed to sell them the slaves.

Repair Job

Premise: One of the Dres irrigation systems has broken, and the PC must help repair it.

Details: The questgiver tells the player one of the pumps has broken and they need a replacement gear. The questgiver says a dwemer gear would do the trick until the caravan with replacement parts gets in, but mentions the caravan has been delayed.

The player has two options:
1) Find a dwemer gear, then carry it down to the pump and install it. Finishes the quest.

Spider Shepherd

This quest highly dependant on getting the coding for it to work. Spider Shepherd is just a working name, based on the spider-like plainstriders.

Details: based on one of those simple herding games. I don't know if you guys have ever seen one of those, but this is how it would work:
