[Script] Punavit Penalty

Discussed a long time ago in discord.

Punavit should have some kind of penalty to carrying, like perhaps service refusal in the Indoril areas, or indoril guards notice it on you and put a bounty on you. 

One of the suggestions was they send bounty hunters/guards after you if you rest in the Indoril area with it, which might be too extreme.

Misc. Aimrah Quest

A low-ranking Indoril Dunmer in Aimrah is trying to set up a trade relationship with the Dres. He/she tells the player the Dres pride themselves on being self-sufficient survivalists (say that ten times face), and so aren't interested in the usual perfumes, clothes, or foodstuffs his Indoril lord is asking him to sell on. The Dunmer instead asks the player to go bring back some items to try bartering with the Dres.

This quest is an ongoing quest, as there are multiple items that the player can give to the trader. Each time they turn it in they get a little reward.

Maesabun Improved

Adds a minor encounter to the cave of Maesabun in TR_mainland

Normally you get a spear from a mummy and you exit the cave. Maesabun has very few encounters. With this esp the mummy comes alive and fights you for the spear.

Tamriel Rebuilt - The Quest

In the Census and Excise building in OE they're making a colored map of the world using tiny colored tiles. They found the ancient map many years ago, but it only had Vvardenfell, Solstheim, and a bit of Almalexia completed. They need you to fetch some tiles from a vendor in town. When you bring back the colors they asked for, they've changed their mind and want completely different colored tiles. 

T_ScNPC_Map Script Addons

There are currently two places where NPC scripts setting the TR_Map variable we use for filtering are stored: TR_Mainland for the Map 1 scripts and Tamriel_Data for the Map 2 to 6 scripts, with the latter three maps only having some and not all scripts in place.

This plugin adds the Map 1 scripts, the missing Map 4, 5, and 6 scripts, and the new Map 7 ones to Tamriel_Data.
